We purchased this a few months ago .. it has had some cosmetic refresh in our bodyshop and a full repaint 3 years ago with the last owner .. the trim has been fully refurbished the wheels fully refurbished a lot of expense in last few years ..
we have had it in a classic mechanics workshop and there work came to c £3000 this month .

Interior refurbishment
Vehicle Inspect on ramp prior to road test. Free up rear brakes , in-depth check over all shop suspension and steering.
Inspect steering mounting, found mounting bushes to be worn and rack floating. Research and order replacement bushes. Replace worn out steering rack mounting bushes. Road test car and check steering - adjust tracking to correct toe in. readjust track rod ends in opposite direction to obtain centre position. Research and order replacement wing mirrors as driver side broken off.
Found new battery to be flat, immobiliser appears to be draining battery, charge battery. Road test car several times and re tweek steering wheel position each time for straight ahead. Recheck toe in. Car now drives dead straight.

This vehicle was a Cat C in the early 80s . It has however since that time gone through a program of refurbishments ..
We doubt there is a cheaper better UK supplied 308 in the market today ..
